I had no idea that Hello Kitty was a diabetic. Least she is taking her shots and keeping it under control. Good for her. Seriously, this tattoo totally cracks me up. Way cool tattoo! I love love love Hello Kitty and I’m type 1 diabetic. Was looking to get a small tattoo on my wrist for medical alert, but may have to get something similar to this!
