Make the best of what your given folks…and that is certainly the mantra of this tattoo.  Previously, we looked at how to tattoo your foot if you are missing a toe with the Piggy Gone to Market post and this time we look at what you can do with a couple of toes that are stuck together…draw a cut along the dots line and some scissors.  Pretty funny stuff and at least it is tastefully done.  Although, if this person didn’t call attention to it I probably wouldn’t have even noticed it.
